Use of izWorzi
izWorzi provides item identification, market research, saved price references, and collection tools to help you understand and track items. Visitors may use the limited guest AI scan where available; an account is required to save results and use the complete app.
Complimentary guest scan
The guest scan is a limited promotional experience intended for one person evaluating the service. It accepts one item photo, may be rate-limited or paused, does not save an inventory item, and may require a clearer or safer photo. Attempting to bypass guest limits or automate guest scans is prohibited.
Price references are not guarantees
izWorzi provides research-assisted market context and price references. It is not a certified appraisal service and does not guarantee sale prices, authenticity, condition, or market demand.
User responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make using izWorzi research, price references, and other outputs, including pricing, purchasing, and selling decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Account access
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Optional data contribution
Data contribution is optional. If you opt in, some scans may be reviewed to improve izWorzi. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
No professional appraisal guarantee
izWorzi is not a substitute for a certified professional appraisal, especially for insurance, legal, or high-value transactions.
Trading card pricing and brand names
Customer trading card scan pricing currently uses TCG API. izWorzi no longer uses JustTCG; historical saved records may still contain JustTCG pricing data. izWorzi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially partnered with Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Digimon, JustTCG, TCG API, TCGplayer, or any other card game or marketplace brand unless explicitly stated. Trading card price references vary by condition, printing, grading, demand, and marketplace availability and are not certified appraisals or guaranteed sale prices.
Subscriptions and renewal
Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions that renew each billing cycle until cancelled. Starter and Pro scan allowances reset with each billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Plan changes and cancellation
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may use Stripe-supported proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation preserves paid access through the end of that paid period; after expiration, the account returns to the appropriate Free access.
Saved data after a downgrade
Downgrading never automatically deletes saved customer data. If an account exceeds a lower plan’s saved-item limit, existing items remain, but new saves may be restricted until the account is within the limit or upgraded.
Payment processing
Stripe processes subscription payments. izWorzi does not store full payment card numbers or CVC. Customers should use Plan & Billing on the web for subscription management.
Refund requests
Refund requests may be reviewed by izWorzi and handled as required by applicable law. Contact support@izworzi.com for billing assistance.
Changes to service
Features, pricing, and plans may change as izWorzi prepares and operates the public service.
